Modeling was not this native Virginian's first choice of career. Charmaine wanted to be a professional basketball player. She began playing at the age of 10 where she was already running track. Athletic and determined she was ready to take the world on by storm. Her basketball career was cut short due to a asthma attack at the age of 15. CeCe stopped balling but couldn't deny her heart's new passion. She was 13 when she participated in her first runway show at Holmes Middle School. Her first modeling experience had her head over heels and basketball was at an indefinite standstill. Although she still picks up her ball when she has the energy for it, her new found love of modeling has held her heart and acquired most of her time. As she's matured over the past five years so has her passion and craft.

Cece is an extremely outgoing, fun, lovable, smart and ambitious person.
