w3irdough- (strange money) - is an American hip rock duo, based in the DMV, consisting of Ph3nomenon (Johnee Wilson) and Vane Starr (Leona Henson).  The groups individual diverse sound and style united and formulated the dopest eclectic elements of funk, pop, rock, spoken word poetry, and blues.
